These terms govern your use of ProveBid, operated by Albert Aramayo ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using ProveBid you agree to them. If you don't, don't use it.
A licence to use the ProveBid web application for your own business. One payment, no subscription. The licence is for a single operator or company, covers up to three devices at a time, and is not transferable or resellable. We provide updates at our discretion but do not promise specific future features.
ProveBid is an estimating and planning tool. It performs arithmetic on figures you supply and on general industry rate ranges. It is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not tell you what to charge in your market.
Outputs depend entirely on the accuracy of your inputs. We make no representation or warranty that using ProveBid will increase your revenue, win you contracts, or improve your profitability. Pricing and business decisions remain yours alone.
We may suspend a licence we reasonably believe is being shared or abused.
Cost figures and contract records you enter belong to you. If you enable sync, we store them to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.
We aim to keep ProveBid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the product entirely within 12 months of your purchase, you may request a pro-rata refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from ProveBid is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost contracts, or losses arising from a bid or pricing decision.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller for tax purposes. Polar's terms apply to the transaction itself. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Questions: support@provebid.com.
